- Optional Self-check-in: There will be a QR code taped to the front door, simply aim your camera at this and it will automatically inform your practitioner that you have arrived (not techie? No problem, skip this step)
- Use the hand sanitizer upon entry. You may also use the washroom to wash your hands if you prefer.
- To control the flow of traffic, please enter via the North entrance, and exit via the South, this will limit interactions in the hallway.

What we are doing behind the scenes to keep you and our practitioners safe:
- We are staggering patient visits and giving a 15-minute buffer to give us time to clean between each patient.
- We have hired an approved cleaning service to ‘covid 19” deep clean the clinic.
- Practitioners will be wearing personal protective equipment PPE for your and their safety
- We have closed the reception desk to decrease the congregation.
- The clinic will have floor markings to illustrate the 6 feet required for personal distancing.
- We are eliminating the need for a waiting room, and have redesigned ours for those who do need it.
- All patients and staff will be pre-screened for Covid-19 prior to entering the clinic. A second active screen for Covid19 will take place when patients and staff enter the clinic.
