Terms and Conditions for Serenity Now Package Purchase:

1. Eligibility:
– The Serenity Now Package is available for purchase by individuals aged 18 and above.
– Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Package Details:
– The Serenity Now Package includes 6 sessions of each device (BrainTap, NanoVi, Bemer) to be utilized 2 to 3 times a week, bundled together. Each session will have a total duration of 30 minutes.
– The devices aim to provide mental relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and resilience building.
– The total value of the package is $420, but it is being offered at a discounted price of $357 plus applicable taxes until the end of February.

3. Pricing and Discounts:
– The discounted price of $357 is applicable when the code VDAY15 is used during checkout.
– Customers can also avail a 25% discount (resulting in a total of $210 in savings) when purchasing 2 Serenity Now Packages together. To apply this discount, the code VDAY25 must be used during checkout, and two packages should be in the cart.
– The discount codes are valid until the end of February.

4. Payment:
– Payment for the Serenity Now Package must be made in full at the time of checkout. All purchases are FINAL SALE.
– Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and any other methods as specified on our website.

5. Redemption and Activation:
– Upon successful registration and payment, one of our staff members will contact you to initiate the Serenity Now Package sessions.
– The package must be redeemed within a year of the purchase date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
– No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

7. Modifications:
– The Serenity Now Package sessions can be transferrable and can be shared with or transferred to another individual.

8. Liability:
– Our organization is not liable for any adverse reactions or health issues arising from the use of the devices included in the Serenity Now Package.
– Customers should consult with one of our healthcare practitioners before participating in the sessions, specifically and especially if they have any pre-existing health conditions.

9. Promotional Codes:
– Promotional codes (VDAY15 and VDAY25) are not combinable or applicable to any other promotions or discounts.

10. General Terms:
– Our organization reserves the right to modify or terminate the Serenity Now Package and its associated terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
